Structured sessions to prepare for marriage with clarity and intention
Service Description
Eight instructional hours of live interactive Zoom coaching for both partners. Choose two 4-hour, four 2-hour, or eight 1-hour sessions. $199 total, separately billed and due upon selection; excluded from ceremony fees and retainer. Both partners attend every session and complete all eight hours at least two weeks before the ceremony. Confirm county discount eligibility and processing time before enrollment; no discount is guaranteed. Certificate after full completion. Written cancellation before the first session is refundable within 30 calendar days; no refund after the first session begins. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or legal advice. When selected through Coach Jerome and Associates, a separate agreement is issued by that business. Contact Jerome to select the program and agree the schedule; this is not a single eight-hour appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Your signed Booking Documents govern your service: approved written booking change, Ceremony Retainer Agreement, accepted service description, then MSA. Ceremony date reservation requires confirmed availability, all signatures, and required payment. A booking request is not a confirmed reservation. Nonrefundable retainer: 40% of the ceremony total including approved add-ons and travel, credited toward the total. Balance due 14 calendar days before ceremony; bookings 14 days or fewer before require full payment at signing. No unapproved charges. Cancel or request rescheduling in writing: support@kindredunion.net. Cancellation is effective when received. Retainer and completed-service fees are nonrefundable; credit the retainer against completed work first to avoid double charging. Refund any remaining prepaid amount within 30 calendar days. No extra cancellation fee. Ordinary rescheduling: one retainer transfer to an available agreed date within 12 months; written agreement and any price change required. See Retainer Sections 6.5, 6.6 and 6.10 for family emergencies, designated alternate officiant, and force majeure. Writing Only: $200; $100 at signing and $100 at delivery; initial advance is not a nonrefundable retainer. Cancellation before delivery: itemize completed work capped at $200, credit payments, refund unused advance within 30 days; any additional completed-work balance due within 14 days of statement. Marriage Foundations: $199 separately billed, due upon selection. Both partners complete eight live Zoom hours at least two weeks before ceremony; allow time for county requirements if seeking a discount. No guaranteed discount. Written cancellation before first session refundable within 30 days; no refund after first session begins. Separate agreement when selected through Coach Jerome and Associates. Coaching is not therapy or legal advice. Travel beyond 150 one-way driving miles from 7910 Mall Ring Road, Stonecrest, GA 30038: $300 minimum by approved written quote. Rehearsal included with Standard, Premium, Commitment; otherwise $150 for Simple, Elopement, Micro, Vow Renewal. Clients obtain licenses and verify county rules.
