Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions explain how Kindred Union, LLC provides services, accepts bookings, manages payments, and sets expectations for clients using this website or booking services.
Services
Kindred Union offers wedding officiant services, custom ceremony writing, elopements, micro weddings, vow renewals, commitment ceremonies, and relationship preparation coaching.
Booking and Availability
Submitting an inquiry or consultation request does not guarantee availability. A date is considered reserved only after Kindred Union confirms availability, receives any required deposit or retainer, and both parties complete any required service agreement.

Payments and Deposits
Some services may require a deposit, retainer, or partial payment to reserve the date. Payment terms will be listed in the service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits or retainers may be non-refundable because they reserve time and availability.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients should notify Kindred Union as soon as possible if a ceremony or service needs to be canceled or rescheduled. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Cancellation and refund terms may vary by service package and will be outlined in the service agreement.

Travel
Kindred Union serves the greater Atlanta metropolitan area and may travel by request. Travel fees, lodging, parking, mileage, flights, or related expenses may apply depending on location and ceremony requirements.

Marriage License Responsibility
For legal weddings, couples are responsible for obtaining, confirming, and providing the appropriate marriage license. Kindred Union does not provide legal advice and cannot guarantee that a couple meets legal marriage requirements.

Commitment Ceremonies
Commitment ceremonies, spiritual unions, symbolic ceremonies, and non-legal ceremonies do not create a legal marriage unless all legal requirements are separately satisfied.

Relationship Preparation Coaching
Relationship preparation services are coaching-based and are not a substitute for licensed therapy, mental health counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or medical care.

International Clients
Kindred Union may work with clients located outside the United States for ceremony writing, virtual consultation, or related services. Clients are responsible for understanding legal requirements in their own country, state, province, or jurisdiction.

Website Use
Users agree not to misuse this website, copy protected content without permission, submit false information, interfere with website functionality, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Updates
Kindred Union may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after updates means the user accepts the revised terms.
